Thursday morning Zannah and Blake read a devotion for the entire school and did a fabulous job! It is so wonderful seeing the JOY of Christ shining through our students! There will be opportunities for others later on in the year!
JOY ~ J-Jesus, O-Others, then Y-You
God's light is in His children. One way we can live with joy in our hearts is by doing what God says is right. God shines a light of grace and forgiveness when we know Jesus. When we keep our hearts and minds filled with good things, we please God. He knows our hearts. He makes His light shine in us so others will see and know that He is good. The more our minds and hearts agree with God, the brighter His light can shine.___________________________________________________
The Bible says,
"Light is shed upon the righteous and joy on the upright in heart."
Psalms 97:11
Let us pray.
Dear God,
Help me see and do what is right. I want my light to shine brightly for Jesus.
