Our Garden in a Glove Is Coming Home!! Plant it!!!

Last Friday we talked about "planting" ourselves in Third Grade.  It is a new year, and we are excited about all the new challenges!  To extend this dicussion, we planted some seeds in a glove...cucumber, peas, dill, lettuce, and basil to be exact! Some said they wouldn't grow because we didn't put in soil!!   Well, our plants are sprouting!!!!!!!  We are bringing them home today. Your job is now to help your child to plant these small plants, tend them, and see what happens!!  We are so excited.  Send us pictures later if yours survives!!! (We also wrote in our journals about it...I'll get some of our writing on here later!) For now here are some pictures!
