Your third grader came home today with a cabbage plant and instructions for the contest each child may enter.  Bonnie Plants sponsors this contest each year to third graders.  A $1,000 Scholarship is awarded to a student from each state.  Have fun, follow the instructions given, and take a picture of your mature cabbage for the contest.  Will Tattnall have the state winner this time?
