Spelling: Words with c /s/ and g /j/ before e,i, or y. Test on Friday

Language: Rev. Simple and Compound Sentences; Nouns - common/proper, abbreviations and titles

Math: Test 3 on Thursday, Oct. 9-Addition, subtraction, multiplication, Roman numbers 1 - 10, money, measures - capacity, linear, time, counting pennies and dimes, and telling time; On going for this week - Speed Drills ; Study Math Facts (1-4x tables) . Other skills this week - Meaning of Division, Combining nickels and pennies, Subtracting with zero in minuend.

* We are practicing our cursive.  Many of us write with ease, and it is beautiful.  Encourage your child to practice at home.  Our focus now is with lower case letters.   We will eventually get to a point that we write ONLY in cursive.  Keep working hard!

The Trojans will be playing FPD for the first time since 2009 on Friday, October 17th. The cheerleading squad and the student section want to fill Jack Baynes Field with BLUE!!  Don’t miss your chance to order a TRUE BLUE t-shirt to commemorate the rekindling of the greatest rivalry in Tattnall history. T-shirts are $12.00 for short sleeve and $15.00 for long sleeve. Please make checks payable to TSA.
